it got this error then after it proceed
Error: Return value 3
Command tegradevflash_v2 --pt flash.xml.bin --create
Failed flashing t186ref.
I didnt do anything but put it into recover mode again after this error and run the sudo command again.
And it just magically works!!!

Not sure if this is due to usb cable quality. Sounds that the flash is not stable.
You can also try some other usb cable in future.

I wonder the same thing @WayneWWW asked, if it is a cable issue (or particular port or HUB issue). Are you using the USB cable supplied by NVIDIA, or is it a charger cable? Charger cables are notorious for failing with data.
Reallyā¦!? I use a charger cable 'cause the NX is actually not mine and the USB cable from NVIDIA is already missing before giving to me. I think thatās the reasonā¦
I suspect over half of āchargerā cables have so little copper in them (to save money) that 2/3 of them will either fail immediately, or else some time during data transfer.
