Jtop cannot detect GPU temperature consistently

Hello, the Jtop shows that GPU temperature is offline, but sometimes will show correct value intermittently, i installed Jetpack 6.0 on my jetson agx orin industrial version, why does it occur like this? however, the other machine works normally and the GPU temperature be detected consistently, i’m confused… the same OS… Could you plz tell me how to fix it

And the command ‘sudo tegrastats’ shows the same result, sometimes OFFLINE, sometimes correct value

The latest jtop version is 4.2.10. Please make sure you use this version, and try again.
