If flash from AGX Orin to another emulator, does JTOP not work?

I emulated AGX Orin to Jetson Orin NX 8GB. However, JTOP is not working.

JTOP isn’t the NVIDIA maintain utility, please enable Tegrastats Utility — Jetson Linux<br/>Developer Guide 34.1 documentation for the reports.
