Lab session running but cannot access course timer - Building LLM Applications With Prompt Engineering

Hello NVIDIA Team,
I’m experiencing a technical issue with my active lab session that needs immediate assistance.

Issue: My Jupyter lab environment is still active and running, but I cannot access the DLI course page to stop the timer. My internet was briefly disconnected, and now the course has completely disappeared from my learning dashboard while the lab continues to run.

Course Details:

  • Course: “Building LLM Applications with Prompt Engineering”

  • NVIDIA account: md.abdelrahmn@gmail.com

  • Session started: About 5 hours ago from this post time

Problem: The lab is consuming my 8-hour allocation while I have no way to access the timer controls or course interface. I can only access the Jupyter environment through browser history.

Request: Could you please either stop my current lab session remotely or reset my lab time? I’ve already emailed dli-support@nvidia.com but posting here as well for faster resolution.
