Libcuda 10.0.0 on Ubuntu 18.04 for Arm (Nano)

I’m trying to install libcuda 10.0 or 10.2 on a Jetson Nano running Ubuntu 18.04 but I cannot find the binaries anywhere. Are these still available?

For Jetson Nano, please use the SDK manager to install the CUDA vid JetPack.
