Manual Account Verification Request - Turkey (+90) Missing

Hello NVIDIA Developer Team,

I am trying to generate an API key on build.nvidia.com to use NVIDIA NIM APIs for my coding projects. However, Turkey (+90) is missing from the phone verification country list, which blocks me from completing the process.

Could you please manually verify my developer account or enable API key access?

* Country: Turkey
* Purpose: API key access for NVIDIA NIM APIs (development/testing)
