Hi All,
I have successfully reached the stage of running RAG, but when I test submit text. the system response
*** ERR: Unable to process query. ***

Message: Response ended prematurely

output : openai.PermissionDeniedError: Error code: 403 - {‘status’: 403, ‘title’: ‘Forbidden’, ‘detail’: ‘Authorization failed’}

I have tried editing the secret key from NVCF_RUN_KEY, but there is no change.

We need more information.

  • what endpoint are you trying to use?
  • do you have sufficient credits left?

I also have the same issue and using a cloud endpoint. I have 1000 credits

I have noticed that there are certain options that are missing on my private key authorizations, see attached picture. When i try to add the Public API endpoints option that authorization does not stick. I am not sure if it has to do with my account or what.
