Hello, I have Xavier NX 8GB devices that use Micron RAM, and I’m using JetPack 4.6.
After flashing devices with RAM codes like these using flash.sh: OXD77-D9WQK, OWD77-D9WQK, 9LD77-D9WQK When I check these RAM-coded devices with the command cat /sys/kernel/debug/bpmp/debug/clk/emc/rate, I can get 1866000000.
However, on my devices with Micron RAM that have the RAM code 5DB77-D8CSC, I can only achieve a maximum speed of 240MHz. I cannot set it to 1866000000 in any way. How can I solve this problem?
Thank you.

Please check if your problem could be resolved by using the latest Jetpack5 or latest 4 first.
Unfortunately, I don’t have the option to upgrade the Jetpack version. Many of my programs are running according to JP4.6. Would it be a suitable approach to take only this configuration file from the JP5 version to try it out?

The point to flash latest BSP is to confirm if your issue is really related to one kind of PCN.
If you know which PCN is that, then you could refer the PCN center and see if any overlay for the target BSP you don’t want to upgrade.
So the first thing to do is make sure your issue is really resolved in latest BSP…
Then confirm which PCN number is your module for
Then check the PCN center website.
Also, I feel you didn’t get one point.
“Either” latest Jetpack5 or Jetpack4. Not the latest Jetpack5 only.
