Driver version 580.159.04 (Tue May 19, 2026) is the last version where minecraft java edition renders and works correctly, whereas anything newer (595.58.03 - 595.80) just breaks it. Other games and software work fine for me with what i use/play whereas seemingly only minecraft breaks. As far as i’m aware, this is the same for both the individual .run packages and nvidia apt repo drivers.

Rebuilt initramfs during install: Yes
