Mp4 file in deepstream test app 1 and 2

How can i make my sample app able to read .mp4 files instaead of .h246?

Please refer to test3 sample which is using uridecodebin, so that any type of input (e.g. RTSP/File), any GStreamer supported container format, and any codec can be used as input.
