Hello!
I have got a BIG problem, when i try to resume from Hibernation under Linux.
The system itself remains responsive, however i see only a black screen with
some white shades (see attachment, that white shade is obviously the taskbar)
My system specs:
- AMD FX-Series FX-6300 (hexa-core, 3,5Ghz)
- WD Caviar Blue 1TB, 64 MB Cache
- MSI N750, Geforce GTX 750 (2GB)
- Corsair Vengeance DIMM Kit 8GB (2x4)
- ASUS M5A78L-M (USB 3.0)
I am running Kubuntu 14.04. x64 with Kernel 3.19 and the driver i am using is:
NVIDIA binary driver version 340.76 from nvidia-340
Please help me! The system is brand new got it on friday and i haven’t found a
solution yet.
I have been a ATI/AMD GPU user since years and haven’t faced a single problem
with these.
very unhappy :(
