My account in Nvidia learning disabled

I have a problem when I log in to my Nvidia account this massage appear

“Your account has been disabled.”

Could someone from Nvidia please assist me in resolving this issue by reactivating my account?

I can provide my company email address via private message if needed. I have already sent an email to dli-help@nvidia.com . But no one responding

I make 3 ticket but no one responded to me

How long ago? Please allow a few business days for them to respond.

It seems that your account was banned. Our Terms of Service require that you only use our labs for the course content, and not for unlimited experimentation. This requires the DLI team to directly remove the ban. I would give it a few more days.

@TomNVIDIA I only used the lab to complete the task for GPU course, and then a problem occurred and my account was disabled. I was working on the lab for the course, not for anything external , can we active account faster pls me all work stopped

@TomNVIDIA can you help me with this issues or I wait or submitted a New ticket?
