My NVIDIA Careers account associated with my USC email address appears to be locked

Hi NVIDIA Careers Team,

My NVIDIA Careers account associated with my USC email address appears to be locked.

During login, I receive the message: “You might have entered the wrong password or your account is locked.”

During password reset, I receive the message indicating that my account is locked and to contact the administrator.

I am currently unable to access my profile or complete a password reset. Could you please assist in unlocking my account or advise on the next steps?
