Trouble logging into NVIDIA careers - {"errorMessage":"","failover":false}

Hello,

I currently have an interview in progress for an application with NVIDIA. When I attempted to log in to my Workday Careers account to schedule the interview, I encountered an issue indicating that my account(vmulleti@asu.edu) is locked.

The message displayed states: “You may have entered the wrong email address or password, or your account might be locked.” I have already reset my password, but I am still unable to log in.

The NVIDIA hiring team would like me to access my Workday account to proceed with scheduling the further interview rounds. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this login issue at the earliest.

We can see that you successfully logged in on the 24th using ‘Sign-on with Google’ option, so it seems that the issue has been resolved.

Hi Tom, it was still showing the same and I’m not able to log into my account.

The team just triggered the ‘Forgot Password’ email to you; the account isn’t locked, so you will need to go through the normal troubleshooting.
