Nvidia you may have entered the wrong email address or password or your account might be locked

Hello,

I tried to apply for a position at NVIDIA, but I’m unable to log in to my candidate account. I also attempted to reset my password, but I still can’t sign in with the new credentials.

Could someone please assist me with this issue? Thank you.

Workday will automatically lock your account for 30 minutes after 5 incorrect password attempts. To regain access:

  • Click “Forgot Password” on the login page. This will trigger a one-time use link to reset your password. The email will come from nvidia@otp.workday.com with the subject line of “Reset your password for your candidate account”. The link will expire after 2 hours.

Please Note:

  • Workday allows a maximum of 5 password reset requests within a 24-hour period. If this limit is reached, you will see the error: “Failed to initiate password reset, please contact administrator.”

  • If you don’t receive the password reset email and have already made 5 attempts, we recommend waiting 24 hours before trying again.
