Nvidia careers workday login blocked

Hello, The NVIDIA Hiring team want to talk with me and let me login my workday careers to schedule the meeting, but I have an account login blocked issue: it said “You may have entered the wrong email address or password or your account might be locked.“ But I reset my password still not work.

Please Help me.

Workday will automatically lock your account for 30 minutes after 5 incorrect password attempts. To regain access:

  • Click “Forgot Password” on the login page. This will trigger a one-time use link to reset your password. The email will come from nvidia@otp.workday.com with the subject line of “Reset your password for your candidate account”. The link will expire after 2 hours.

Please Note:

  • Workday allows a maximum of 5 password reset requests within a 24-hour period. If this limit is reached, you will see the error: “Failed to initiate password reset, please contact administrator.”

  • If you don’t receive the password reset email and have already made 5 attempts, we recommend waiting 24 hours before trying again.

I already tried the reset and relogin yesterday, but still not working. Now it display"Failed to initiate password reset, please contact administrator".

Please help me.

The team has reactivated you’re account. Please try logging in again, and/or resetting the password. It should work now.
