Nvidia careers workday login blocked

Hello, The NVIDIA Hiring team want to talk with me and let me login my workday careers to schedule the meeting, but I have an account login blocked issue: it said “You may have entered the wrong email address or password or your account might be locked.“ But I reset my password still not work.

I already tried the reset and relogin yesterday, but still not working. Now it display"Failed to initiate password reset, please contact administrator". I waited for 24 hours as well.

Please help me.

I have the same login issue with https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite/ as well. Could someone please reset my account with email dustinln@outlook.com and rectify the issue.

Workday will automatically lock your account for 30 minutes after 5 incorrect password attempts. To regain access:

  • Click “Forgot Password” on the login page. This will trigger a one-time use link to reset your password. The email will come from nvidia@otp.workday.com with the subject line of “Reset your password for your candidate account”. The link will expire after 2 hours.

Please Note:

  • Workday allows a maximum of 5 password reset requests within a 24-hour period. If this limit is reached, you will see the error: “Failed to initiate password reset, please contact administrator.”
  • If you don’t receive the password reset email and have already made 5 attempts, we recommend waiting 24 hours before trying again.

I have not made any password reset request since 3 days but it still shows “Failed to initiate password reset, please contact administrator.” on the first attempt.
