Trouble logging into NVDIA careers on workday

Hi NVDIA team!

I am unable to login to my workday careers page. I recently was referred for a position by a former colleague of mine and i’m unable to login. When i try resetting the password, it says

"failed to initiate password reset, please contact administrator"

I have seen other people posting on here and getting their issues resolved. I can provide my email if anyone can help me resolve this.

I don’t know my password unfortunately and I’m still seeing the same message when I try to reset my password. Maybe my account is locked?

Have you tried the password reset option?

I have Tom. That’s exactly when I’m seeing the message which says "failed to initiate password reset, please contact administrator”

So I’m unable to login and apply to the job. Please help me recover my account, I can provide you with my email address
