I am unable to login to my account on the career portal. I was able to login until 3 days ago. I did the password reset but it shows me the following error “**Failed to initiate password reset, please contact administrator”

Can someone please help?

Workday will automatically lock your account for 30 minutes after 5 incorrect password attempts. To regain access:
- Click “Forgot Password” on the login page. This will trigger a one-time use link to reset your password. The email will come from nvidia@otp.workday.com with the subject line of “Reset your password for your candidate account”. The link will expire after 2 hours.
Please Note:

Workday allows a maximum of 5 password reset requests within a 24-hour period. If this limit is reached, you will see the error: “Failed to initiate password reset, please contact administrator.”

If you don’t receive the password reset email and have already made 5 attempts, we recommend waiting 24 hours before trying again.
