My NVIDIA Careers account associated with my ASU email address appears to be locked

Hi NVIDIA Careers Team,

My NVIDIA Careers account associated with my ASU email address appears to be locked.

During login, I receive the message: “You might have entered the wrong password or your account is locked.”

During password reset, I receive the message indicating that my account is locked and to contact the administrator.

I am currently unable to access my profile or complete a password reset. Could you please assist in unlocking my account or advise on the next steps?

Workday will automatically lock your account for 30 minutes after 5 incorrect password attempts. To regain access:

  • Click “Forgot Password” on the login page. This will trigger a one-time use link to reset your password. The email will come from nvidia@otp.workday.com with the subject line of “Reset your password for your candidate account”. The link will expire after 2 hours.

Please Note:

  • Workday allows a maximum of 5 password reset requests within a 24-hour period. If this limit is reached, you will see the error: “Failed to initiate password reset, please contact administrator.”
  • If you don’t receive the password reset email and have already made 5 attempts, we recommend waiting 24 hours before trying again.

I have already attempted the password reset process, but I am still unable to log into my Workday account. I may have reached the reset attempt limit, and the system is not allowing further action and it’s already been more than 24 hours.

Could you please assist in unlocking or resetting my account from your end? I would appreciate your help in restoring access so I can proceed without delay.
