@divyanandlal You should have received a “forgot password” email just now.

Workday will automatically lock your account for 30 minutes after 5 incorrect password attempts. To regain access:

  • Click “Forgot Password” on the login page. This will trigger a one-time use link to reset your password. The email will come from nvidia@otp.workday.com with the subject line of “Reset your password for your candidate account”. The link will expire after 2 hours.

Please Note:

  • Workday allows a maximum of 5 password reset requests within a 24-hour period. If this limit is reached, you will see the error: “Failed to initiate password reset, please contact administrator.”
  • If you don’t receive the password reset email and have already made 5 attempts, we recommend waiting 24 hours before trying again.

Divya - You can reset your own account by clicking ‘Forgot Password’ on the login screen. We cannot manually override or reset it. The email will come from NVIDIA HRnvidia@otp.workday.com, with a subject line: Reset your password for your candidate account. You will need to copy/paste the link in that email into a browser and reset your password. Once you successfully get logged in, THEN we can merge your other profiles to this account.

Otherwise, since I know you’ve successfully logged into the @usc account, you can apply to new roles using that account. Another option is to create a brand new email and account, and we merge everything to the new one.
