Nvidia careers: created account with wrong email not able to change it in workday

Hello, I have issue with the Nvidia careers site, and I hope someone can direct me to the help I need.

I have created account with wrong email ID and trying to change email from workday portal it’s not working.

Workday will automatically lock your account for 30 minutes after 5 incorrect password attempts. To regain access:

  • Click “Forgot Password” on the login page. This will trigger a one-time use link to reset your password. The email will come from nvidia@otp.workday.com with the subject line of “Reset your password for your candidate account”. The link will expire after 2 hours.

Please Note:

  • Workday allows a maximum of 5 password reset requests within a 24-hour period. If this limit is reached, you will see the error: “Failed to initiate password reset, please contact administrator.”

  • If you don’t receive the password reset email and have already made 5 attempts, we recommend waiting 24 hours before trying again.

I’m able to login to my account, but I have created account with wrong email id. I want to change my email address. There is option to change the email, but it’s not working.

There are over 100 profiles associated with that name. Can you provide the incorrect email used? Or, if the email is the correct one, you can log into that account and then use the referral link to apply for the role.

Unfortunately, you have already created a separate account with that email and we cannot update the incorrect profile. You can try applying again using the correct account, or you can provide us a different email that has no account associated.
