Workday will automatically lock your account for 30 minutes after 5 incorrect password attempts. To regain access:

Workday allows a maximum of 5 password reset requests within a 24-hour period. If this limit is reached, you will see the error: “Failed to initiate password reset, please contact administrator.”
If you don’t receive the password reset email and have already made 5 attempts, we recommend waiting 24 hours before trying again.

I’m able to login to my account, but I have created account with wrong email id. I want to change my email address. There is option to change the email, but it’s not working.
There are over 100 profiles associated with that name. Can you provide the incorrect email used? Or, if the email is the correct one, you can log into that account and then use the referral link to apply for the role.

Unfortunately, you have already created a separate account with that email and we cannot update the incorrect profile. You can try applying again using the correct account, or you can provide us a different email that has no account associated.
