NO AUDIO over DISPLAYPORT ON UBUNTU 19.10 AND NVIDIA QUADRO M1200

Hi,

So I have a HP ZBook Studio G4 connected to a HP Thunderbolt 3 Dock. To this dock I have a LG Ultra Wide display connected via displayport.

Everything works fine, etc. BUT… there is no audio output from the external display. It doesn’t even show up in Settings>Sound>Output. On Windows this worked fine (via NVidia). I’ve tried a lot of solution but none worked so far.

Graphics Card: NVIDIA QUADRO M1200 MOBILE

DRIVER: nvidia-driver-435 (proprierary, tested)
