No GPU detected on both ubuntu 20.04 and windows 11

Hi,

it’s super weird that my nvidia GPU couldn’t be detected at all, neither by lspci or lshw -c display:

lshw -c Display

Before it was working flawless. After I tried to re-install the driver version and play with bumblebee and prime-select, it suddently couldn’t be detected at all. I was thinking it’s the problem of configuration setting. However, it turned out to be deeper than that cause the nvidia GPU is NOT detected on Windows on the same laptop as well, which leads me to think about whether this is the problem of BIOS setting. After searching for suggestions on BIOS setting for a while, I still couldn’t manage to fix it.

This is the bug report attached.

I am highly appreciating any help on this.
