Not able to see gpu in anaconda on hp victus with rtx 4060 windows home

Hi ,
I am trying to install Anaconda with gpu. I have a rtx4060 graphic card. I downloaded the drivers and installed the drivers, cudatoolkit, cudnn but I cannot get anaconda to pick the GPU setting using either pythorch or tensorflow. Any help is appreciated. Tried cuda toolkit12.2 and 11.8 but no luck

Make sure you are using correct compatible versions .
