NvBufferColorFormat_NV12_709_ER and cudaGraphicsEGLRegisterImage

hello
i have the same issue as Decoder Error with Bt.709 H264
when i use NvBufferColorFormat_NV12_709_ER , cudaGraphicsEGLRegisterImage will return cudaErrorInvalidValue.
can everyone attach a prebuilt lib on Jetpack 4.6.1(r32.7.1)?
