Nvds_enable_latency_measurement is still 0

• Issue Type( questions, new requirements, bugs) questions **
• How to reproduce the issue ? This is development questions, we want to know how to evaluate time for each plugin in deepstream pipeline.

Hi,

after “export NVDS_ENABLE_LATENCY_MEASUREMENT=1”, nvds_enable_latency_measurement is still 0. By the way, I double checked, the env variable take effect, declare -x NVDS_ENABLE_LATENCY_MEASUREMENT=“1”.
