what is the input source? if the two consective frames are the same, the two printing also are the same. to narrow down this issue, you can use one jpeg as source. then you can check if it process twice.

deepstream-image-decode-test is sample to use jpeg as source. which sample are you testing? what is stremmux’s batch-size? how many sources are you testing? if source number is 1, network-input-shape should be 1:xx, what is MAX_NUM_SRCS?

can you use deepstream-preprocess-test to reproduce this issue? it supports mp4 input, nvpreprocess and nvinfer. to narrow down this issue, you can add log in probe function instead of sending msgbroker.
