I understand that the Kepler-class of GPUs supports up to 8 HD encodes via NVENC. Does anyone know if 8 is a hard limit? Or if I encode SD video, is the GPU capable of doing, say, 16 transcodes?
Also, is there a chart or tool which might help me determine the number of simultaneous NVCUVENC (CUDA-based) HD and SD H.264 encodes possible on a Kepler Quadro K4000?
Thanks!
