I still work with a 1070, after installing audio2face I cant see the face in the app
any ideas why? any workarounds?

It looks like you have a GTX graphics card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070. But Audio2Face needs an RTX card.
what does it mean? at least a 2070 or 3070?

RTX graphics cards are a different generation graphics cards from NVIDIA which are way more powerful.
what is the minumum spezification?

As you may have noticed in the image posted above, the recommended ones are GeForce RTX 4070 Ti, NVIDIA RTX A4500 or higher
But the minimum requirement is Any RTX GPU with 8 GB. So it is possible to have lower spec GPUs, eg: RTX 2080 with at least 8GB RAM.
