After update to driver 580.95.05, Vulkan is broken for me
- vulkan apps create no window but they are running as seen from htop and makes the fan go crazy
- for steam games, they are fallbacking to iGPU as they cant seem to tell that the dGPU is conformant with vulkan
- the nvidia GPU is only working with opengl, and nvenc and nvdec for video
