NVIDIA Driver Install Results Conflict and Dependancy Issues for Ubuntu 24.04

Have attempted different methods for installing NVIDIA drives on Ubuntu 24.04 but none seem to work. There are also conflicts in the results depending on which method is used. Following are the commands and responses experienced. What am I missing?

command: ubuntu-drivers install nvidia-driver-570
result: All the available drivers are already installed.
(note this was run initially and results removed with apt remove --purge ‘^nvidia-.*’)

command: apt install nvidia-driver-570 nvidia-dkms-570
result:
