If I have installed the NVIDIA HPC SDK, which is described as Bundled with the newest CUDA version (12.3), for Linux WSL-Ubuntu 2.0 x86_64, is there need to install the CUDA Toolkit?
If not, from where shall I find libcuda.so?

libcuda.so is part of the driver install.
