Nvidia-smi “No devices were found” Ubuntu 20.04

Hello! I have tried to properly configure my RTX A1000 (Laptop GPU) on a Dell Precision 5570 running on Ubuntu 20.04.
I installed the Nvidia driver 525.60.11. Kernel is 5.14.0-1056-oem.
When I run prime-select query I get nvidia
The “about” section in the system settings shows only the integrated Intel GPU. Running nvidia-smi gives “No devices were found”. What is going on?
