Hi guys,

i have WS C422/SAGE 10G, It cannot detect Tesla T4 even after installing the driver.

i have update BIOS version to the newest version.

do you have any idea how to handle this?

Known problem, kernel related. Are you using Centos/RHEL? Try an alternative kernel, then.

Hi generix,

Thanks for the reply,

iam using centos7, with default kernel (3.10.xxx cmiw). then i upgrade kernel version to 5.0.5

then reinstall install kernel-devel and kernel headers.

i have change some of the setting in BIOS :

Switch On “Above 4G Decoding” and Set “First VGA 4G Decode” to “Auto” and “Above_4G”

However, the problem persists.

do you have another advice ?

You should rather try downgrading the kernel, maybe check 4.14. I did not find a bug report in the kernel bugzilla, seems nobody reported it so far. You should also report it to the centos bugzilla.
