Operating temperature

I have a Jetson Orin AGX devkit.
Read here that operating temperature of Jetson Orin AGX module is from -20C to 80C. I understand that the devkit cannot guarantee that, but still a question:

  1. Does the operating temperature refer to overall internal device temperature? Or CPU/GPU temperature?
    I am wondering, because I increased device’s power mode and I want to find if it could affect life expectancy of the device.

It is TTP temperature like below info in DS:

JAO: **TTP Surface Temperature: -25°C to 80°C | TTP Surface: 80°C max Power Input: 5V (MV) and 7V to 20V (HV) | Operating Lifetime (24x7): 5 years

Is there a way to measure current TTP temperature of the jetson device?

Customer is responsible to measure TTP temperature with thermal sensor or other tools.
