I am Muhammad Atif Irfan. I purchased yesterday, 06 June 2026, the self-paced course " AI Infrastructure and Operations Fundamentals Course & Exam and it does not show in My Learning active courses. However, as per the steps i redeemed the provided coupon code, then it shows the “Invalid Promo Code.”

I purchased last week (10th June AU time), I have a the same problem. Raised a case (01180836) but no response yet.
This is the worst I have seen in industry so far. NVIDIA shouldn’t sell courses if their content delivery system is so buggy and/or if they don’t have basic support system for people who are facing issues.
it looks like this is a recurring issue for new purchases.. all I see is people raise cases with no success and they post here and get noticed by random nvidia employees and they escalate it internally. This is very frustrating @NVIDIA

Now course is manually added into my learning by case support agent and it’s working well.
Agreed, I have the same issue outstanding. Had to hunt down the fix. Hopefully mine is resolved soon.
