Orin nx nano RTC not working

We have connected an RTC battery to the development board（Model:P3766）, but after power loss, the system time cannot be preserved and reverts to 1970. Initially, there were two devices under /dev/: rtc0 and rtc1. I tried disabling rtc@c2a0000 and keeping only the other one “/bpmp/i2c/vrs@3c”, but the issue persists. What could be the reason for this and how can it be resolved?
