于是在原来的基础上更改了一下，但是重新烧录后还是一样的现象。

If usb2-1 and usb3-1 are together with usb host mode, then why do you have them in “usb@3550000”? That is device mode controller.
And usb3-0 is not in use, it should be disabled.
What is vdd_1v1_hub regulator? Are you sure it is really in use on your hub?

USB hub on PCIe is also not controlled by our driver but the vendor driver. We only provided you the PCIe driver.
