I am trying to access the NVidia Aerial RAN page but when i try to click the link:
I get this error:
I have been accepted to the 6G Developer Program.
What should i do?

Could you select the appropriate organization and see the page again?
“aerial-ran-and-ai-radio-framework” is the organization that can access the Aerial CUDA Accelerated RAN.

Hi @nhashimoto, thanks for the reply. Unfortunaly, I don’t see the organization that you listed under my organizations. The only one I see is this one:
However, I noticed that when i login, if i go into account settings, i see a different email from the one with which i login. May this be the reason? I had to change the email in my account to my academic one to obtain access to the aerial framework. But the email displayed in the account settings is still the old one. Thanks
Hi @paolini.emilio5, did you use the same account when you logged into this forum? This forum for Aerial is also a private page only for eligible users. We usually don’t approve this program for users who submit with a private email address. You are now logged into this forum with your academic email address.

Yes, I used the same account. But in the account settings page i still see my old email.
Can you remove the cache of your browser and try it again?
If it doesn’t work, could you make an inquiry about your account issue from here?
I also tried from private browsing but it still doesn’t work.

Possibly the email address you login doesn’t match with the email you signed up for 6GDP. Please try logging out the NGC and then logging in to NVIDIA Aerial | NVIDIA Developer with the email address you used for 6GDP signup.

Hi, i already did that (after also trying with private mode). I login with the same email address accepted for 6GDP (emilio.paolini@santannapisa.it) but then when i go to the setting in NGC i still see my old email address (paolini.emilio5@gmail.com). My guess is that the account in ngc has not been updated when i changed my email address to get accepted to the aerial program.
Here a video of the issue. Although i login with emilio.paolini@santannapisa.it, the email in the NGC account is still: paolini.emilio5@gmail.com

We noticed that you have signed up for 6GDP with another email address: emilio.paolini@slu.edu
would you please try this email?
Please make sure you have completely logged out of the NGC on your old account.
If it still doesn’t work, please try another browser or computer.
Hi @jixu , yes i create another account and with that one everything seems to work and i am able to access the aerial framework. However, the issue with my old account still remains, but at least now i am able to access it.
I have exactly the same issue; I see my old email address after logging in with the correct address, which seems to cause this ‘page not found’ issue. I already contacted NVIDIA support, who just asked me to sign up again, which unsurprisingly did not work.
The old email address seems to remain linked to my account in some NVIDIA database. Since there is no option to change the email address myself, this will need to be resolved on NVIDIA’s side.
Sorry for the problem you are encountering and thanks for sharing your experience. We will check from NGC side. Would you please try using different browser and/or different computer?
I also have the issue when using a different browser or computer. Clearing the browser cookies doesn’t help either. My support case has currently been escalated to the Level 2 Tech Support group. Hopefully they can resolve the issue.
