I have lost access to my old email address (rafaozeki@gmail.com) and am unable to log in to my NVIDIA account because the system forwards the authentication link to the email address I no longer have access to.

I would like to change my email address for my old account from rafaozeki@gmail.com to rafaelozeki@gmail.com, if possible.

It seems that you are already using the new address for this account.

The other address does not exist in our system.
