Unable to change email address

Greetings,

I am expected to leave current company, so I would like to change the email address of NVIDIA developer account before I lose the access to the current primary email address.
Unfortunately, the authentication platform won’t let me change the email address in ‘Contact Info’ section.
How can I handle this issue?

Please send me a private message with both the old and new addresses.
I will then send this off to the team that handles the authentication platform.
