NVIDIA Account: Email cannot be changed at this time

Hello, I’m attempting to change my email address on my NVIDIA account as per these instructions. Every time I try to do so, I receive an error message, “Email cannot be changed at this time.”

The email address I’m attempting to change is [redacted]. Can someone at NVIDIA please assist?
