A request was sent to the authentication team for this change.
I expect someone will respond tomorrow as they don’t work weekends.
Unfortunately, there is another account with this same email address as the one you wish to use.
I did that, yes! Can we shut it down (my new account, I can’t delete it myself..) and just restore access to my old account please please? I can provide proofs if needed that I did set up the new account while trying to restore my old name (don’t think what I was thinking..)

Scroll down to the bottom of the page after you are logged in. You will see an option to “Delete My Data”.
