PCIe DMA

Jetson AGX PCIE have DMA capability?

Yes, it has.

Hello,

I’m looking to confirm some specific information. I am currently using the Jetson Xavier AGX module, which arrived loaded with release 32.3.1 determined from the following:

sudo apt-cache show nvidia-l4t-kernel
Package: nvidia-l4t-kernel
Status: install ok installed
Priority: standard
Section: kernel
Installed-Size: 93161
Maintainer: NVIDIA Corporation
Architecture: arm64
Version: 4.9.140-tegra-32.3.1-20191216133751

Description: NVIDIA Kernel Package
Description-md5: d2c0ad1c4f993e8e14a87511c27021d7

My questions are the following:

  1. Does release 32.3.1 implement / support RDMA functionality?
  2. Where can I find / obtain release 32.3.1 source code?

Thanks in advance for the help!

Please refer to this to try RDMA :

Kernel source is in each L4T archive:

Thanks WayneWWW for your update. I am aware of the example you posted, which may be helpful to me.

However, right now, I am just trying to confirm if the 32.3.1 release supports RDMA functionality.

I have looked through associated documentation, but I cannot find anywhere that it explicitly states RDMA functionality is supported. Possibly it was functional before this release and not noted within the 32.3.1 release notes, but I have not been able to find a statement in previous release notes.

Thanks in advance for your help!
