Is practically impossible to download new PGI release (v11.0) from your download site?
What is wrong and/or when will be possible to download new release files?

Which package are you trying to download? I just tried downloading from home both the Linux and Workstation packages and both downloaded fine.

Download any of package will always stop (and no progress) after few seconds of downloading.
I am using IE8 browser.

OK … problem is solved.
When I switch to Chrome browser everything works like charm.
So, your download page is not compatible with Microsoft IE8.
