Pinned nvidia-container version to solve apt issue

Hi, I had the same issue that was shown HERE and I solved with the recommended instructions.
Now the nvidia-container-toolkit is pinned to 1.18.0 when there’s 1.18.2 available: can this make me miss some update on other functional packages or create some conflict?
Can you please notify when this fix is not needed anymore?

Hi,

The dependency is required when installing nvidia-jetpack with apt.
After the components are installed, you can upgrade the NVIDIA Container version to the newest.

This dependency is added since we want to make sure the environment is aligned with our validation.
But upgrading to 1.18.2 afterward should be harmless.
