Port forwarding for RTSP

Hi,

I created a port forwarding on a jetson nano connected to waveshare SIM7600G-H_4G_for_Jetson_Nano using SIM card using OVPN which is to stream RTSp from the deepstreamer sample app to VLC on mobile but I can’t get to configure this. I checked that the port is open but I don’t know how to connect to it. this is the link I used.

rtsp://:/ds-test

does this work or I need to change it
