PRIME Synchronization is broken on linux 5.10

Hi,
I’m running nvidia 455.45.01 on my Arch Linux computer, and when upgrading to linux 5.10, I noticed PRIME Synchronization wasn’t working anymore (I’m experiencing screen tearing). Upon downgrading to linux 5.9.14, it works again.
It reminds me of this issue. Could it perhaps be related?
Cheers :)

@phusho see this thread about non-functioning PCI-Express runtime power management.

With the 460.27.04 driver PRIME synchronization seems to be working again (Linux 5.10.4).
