Problem adjusting offsets with nvidia-settings for TITAN X (pascal)

Using driver 367.35, and I am unable to adjust the offsets, an error is output that it cannot be assigned as it is a read-only attribute.

nvidia-settings -a [gpu:0]/GPUGraphicsClockOffset[3]=xxx
nvidia-settings -a [gpu:0]/GPUMemoryTransferRateOffset[3]=yyy

These were working fine with my previous graphics card. Reading various forums it is clear that at least people using Windows and software such as Afterburner, are able to adjust their offsets to overclock their cards. Will this be fixed in the next driver release, or is there something different I need to do with the new TITAN X card?
